Terms and conditions of sale
Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of food supplements of the Layer Add brand carried out on the site, between the publisher [to be completed: company name] and any customer, a natural person of legal age.
Products
The products offered are food supplements. Their description, composition and instructions for use appear on each product page. Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a varied diet or a treatment.
Price and volume discount
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The box is sold for EUR 36.90. A volume discount applies to the total number of boxes ordered, all references combined: EUR 33.90 per unit from two boxes, EUR 29.90 per unit from three boxes. The publisher reserves the right to modify its prices, the applicable price being the one in force at the time of the order.
Subscription
The subscription gives rise to regular deliveries, with a 10% discount and free shipping from two boxes. It is without a commitment of duration: the customer can at any time skip a delivery, change its frequency or cancel from their account, without charge or justification. The cancellation takes effect for deliveries not yet prepared.
Order
The order is placed online, without a mandatory account creation. It is validated after confirmation of payment. A summary email is sent to the customer. The publisher reserves the right to refuse an abnormal or bad-faith order.
Shipping
Shipping costs amount to EUR 4.90 and are free from two boxes. The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer, within the timeframes specified at the time of the order. In the event of a significant delay, the customer can contact customer service.
Payment
Payment is made online by the means offered at the time of the order. Transactions are secure. The order is only final after the payment has been collected.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw, under the conditions detailed on the page dedicated to withdrawal.
Warranties
The products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. In the event of a non-conforming or damaged product, the customer contacts customer service to obtain a replacement or a refund.
Complaints and disputes
Any complaint may be addressed to customer service, whose contact details appear in the legal notices. Failing an amicable solution, the customer may resort to a consumer mediator. These terms are subject to French law.
