Cold hands and feet since starting the beta-blocker, you too?
For a few weeks now my extremities have been cold, especially in the morning. The doctor says it is common with this treatment, and I wanted to hear about your experience.

Sleep getting disrupted at the start, did it settle down for you?
I started a beta-blocker three weeks ago and since then I sleep worse: slow to fall asleep and waking up at night. Does it settle down over time or not?

The morning dose: what time exactly do you take it?
I take my beta-blocker in the morning and I struggle to keep to a fixed time. Some mornings I am in a rush, others not, and I am afraid of shifting it or forgetting it.

Fatigue and heavy legs at the start, how do you cope?
Since I've been on a beta-blocker I feel more sluggish, a bit out of breath on the stairs. Did it happen to you too, and does it pass over time?
