Right of withdrawal
A 14-day period
For any online purchase, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to withdraw
You simply need to inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to contact@layernutrition.com or by post to ORO CONSULTING, 88 boulevard de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France, indicating your order number. You may use the form template below, without obligation.
Return and refund
You return the product or products without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The return costs are at your expense. We refund all the sums paid, standard delivery costs included, no later than 14 days after having recovered the products or the proof of their dispatch, by the same means of payment as the one used for the order.
Condition of the products
As these are food supplements, the products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. A product unsealed after delivery cannot be refunded.
