4.2 mg of vitamin B2 per capsule, three times the recommended daily intake. Riboflavin helps reduce fatigue and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use
One capsule a day, with a meal
- 1 capsule, with a glass of water, during a meal.
- Every day. In case of increased need for riboflavin.
- A full thirty days per bottle.
