500 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 180 mg of vitamin C, 20 µg of vitamin D3 from lichen, 100 mg of magnesium as bisglycinate. Four nutrients combined in a single plant-based capsule, one a day, not four bottles to line up on the shelf.

Chelated form, easier on the stomach than magnesium oxide. Magnesium helps your muscles work normally and helps reduce fatigue. If you take levothyroxine, leave at least four hours between the two.

During a meal, with a glass of water. Many of our customers take it at lunch, well apart from their morning treatment dose.
From lichen. It's cholecalciferol, the same molecule as animal-derived D3, obtained without lanolin. The product is therefore suitable for vegan diets.
Space them at least four hours apart. Levothyroxine on an empty stomach in the morning, Layer Nutrition capsule at lunch or dinner: the gap is more than enough.
The product was designed for treatments that last, the kind you've been renewing for months. For a fifteen-day course, it's of little use.
Magnesium on its own, you'll find for five euros. Here, it comes with B12, C and D3, at the doses and in the forms we chose for this class of treatment.
