Does it change the effectiveness of my pill?
No. These are four B-group vitamins. They don't interact with estrogen-progestogen contraceptives and in no way replace your contraceptive.
Should it be taken at the same time as the pill?
No, and that's deliberate: one capsule during a meal, whenever suits you. You've only got one time to keep during the day, and that's your blister pack's.
And during the break week?
