The formulas
Is Layer Nutrition a medicine?
No. Layer Nutrition offers food supplements. They do not cure or treat any illness and do not replace any prescribed treatment. For any question about your medicine, your doctor or your pharmacist remains the person to ask.
Can I take a Layer Nutrition supplement with my treatment?
Yes. Each formula is designed to be taken with the medications in its class. Its full composition is on its product page: show it to your doctor or pharmacist. If you take levothyroxine, keep a four-hour gap with the PPI and Beta-Blockers formulas, which contain magnesium.
How do I know which formula suits me?
Type the name of your medicine into the atlas. It shows you its molecule and, when one of our five formulas matches its class, takes you to it. You can also start from the formulas: there is one per drug class.
What is in each formula?
Each formula is a food supplement whose full composition, nutrient forms and daily dose appear on its page and on the box label. Our journal explains how to read this information.
Ordering and payment
How does the volume discount work?
The price drops with the total number of boxes ordered, across all formulas. One box costs €36.90; from two boxes, €33.90 per box; from three boxes, €29.90 per box. You can therefore combine two formulas to reach a tier.
What does the subscription offer?
Every delivery costs 10% less, and delivery is free from two boxes. The subscription includes a consultation with one of our coaches. You choose 1 box a month, 2 boxes every two months or 3 boxes every three months, and you can postpone, skip or stop a delivery.
Can I change formula from one order to the next?
Yes. Whether you buy once or subscribe, you freely choose your formulas with each order.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Ordering is done without creating an account or password: your contact details, delivery and payment are enough, all on a single page.
Delivery and returns
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs €4.90 for one box. It is free from two boxes, whether you buy once or subscribe.
How soon will I be delivered?
Orders are prepared quickly once payment is confirmed and shipped with tracking. Delivery times and carriers are shown at checkout and in the terms of sale.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of an online order, under the conditions set out on the dedicated page. The subscription stops on the day you decide.
